You can even include super-firm tofu or thick Portobella mushrooms on your skewers. Try minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce or tamari, and sesame oil for a flavorful marinade. For a Mexican-inspired twist, slide your shish-kebob onto a tortilla layered with WayFare Dairy Free Sour Cream and WayFare Dairy Free Nacho Cheddar with Jalapenos.
