Tortilla chips
Black beans, one 15-ounce can, drained and rinsed
Wayfare Nacho Cheddar with Jalapeños
Wayfare Sour Cream
Diced avocado or guacamole
Diced tomatoes
Sliced black olives
Chopped cilantro
Chopped green onions, or red onions
Salsa
Sliced jalapeños, fresh or jarred (optional)

Method
Warm the cheddar. Place Nacho Cheddar in a small saucepan and heat on low for 3 minutes. You can also place in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30 second intervals until warm and bubbly.
Drain and rinse the black beans and prepare the rest of the toppings you wish to use.
Drain and rinse the black beans and prepare the rest of the toppings you wish to use.
Arrange the tortilla chips on a large platter (or on individual plates). Add the warm nacho cheddar sauce, sprinkle of black beans, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapenos, onions, salsa and then a dollop of WayFare sour cream and avocado/guacamole.
Enjoy immediately!
