I found this at Hy-vee and bought it out of curiosity. I'm a vegan of 20 yrs. At first I was underwhelmed.. BUT.. I tried it cold with unsalted corn chips. After reading reviews, I tried it hot with steamed veggies & night/day difference. I went the next day & bought 3 more tubs. This stuff is GOOD! Warm it up, eat it with warm food & I personally like more spice so I stirred in some hot sauce to kick it up a notch. 10/10. Excellent creamy cheesy goodness with much less calories & fat than competing products, in my experience. A dab of this on brocc, peas, asparagus, any warm dish will have you scarfing it down. I'm sold. Love it.

I made a mushroom quesadilla with red onions, red, yellow and orange peppers and spread this cheese on the tortillas before placing the sautéed veggies inside and it melted down and was awesome. Topped with fresh salsa it was so delicious. I will definitely purchase this again.
