Shipping Policy

  • All sales are final. Please review our Return Policy.
  • All orders ship via FedEx Ground. We’ll send you an email when your order is placed, when it ships, and when it’s delivered. FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes.
  • We want to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition, and perfectly cold. That’s why we ship Monday-Wednesday. Any order received after Wednesday at 11 AM EST will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
  • Check your addresses carefully! WayFare reserves the right to limit refunds and replacements if an address error is made. WayFare shipments are perishable, and we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if FedEx has to reroute it.
  • At this time, we can only ship to the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CT, DC, DE, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI and WV. Rates

  • Free shipping is included on orders over $75. Orders under $75 will incur a Flat Rate shipping fee of:
    • $14.95 for 4 to 6 units
    • $16.95 for 7 to 12 units

Receiving

  • We highly recommend that a member of your household be home to receive the package on the scheduled delivery date. For best results we advise refrigerating the products immediately.
