SHIPPING POLICY

 

WHEN do we ship?

We ship Monday-Wednesday. Any order received after Wednesday at 3PM EST will be processed and shipped the following Monday. We only ship Monday-Wednesday because we don’t want your order to sit in a warehouse over the weekend.

WHERE do we ship?

We are currently shipping to the northeastern region of the United States: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington D.C., West Virginia.

HOW do we ship?

We use UPS Ground shipping. Each order will be provided with a UPS Tracking Number. UPS only ships to physical addresses.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer Flat Rate Shipping. The size of your order determines which of our two box sizes will be used. To maximize the value of your purchase, we suggest ordering a full box.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses.

International Shipping

Due to government imposed restrictions, we are currently unable to ship our products outside the United States.

Shipping Accuracy

Check your addresses carefully! WayFare reserves the right to make corrections and to limit refunds and replacements if an address error is made. WayFare shipments are perishable, and we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute the cooler.
