Chocolate Chip cookies are one of the most popular cookies on the planet. Great news, you don’t have to use raw egg, or real butter to make them taste good!
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix some of the dry ingredients together
- 2cups of flour
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. of Sea salt
In a separate bowl mix until smooth
- 1/2 cup of WayFare Whipped Butter
- 3/4 cup of brown sugar (we used organic brown sugar in the video)
- 1/2 cup of evaporated cane juice
Once mixed, add in and mix until smooth
- 1/3 cup of applesauce
- 2 T of ground flax seed (the flax with applesauce is the egg replacer)
- 2 tsp of Vanilla extract
Lastly mix in
11/2 cups of dairy free chocolate chip cookies
You can either lightly spray your cookie pan with coconut oil or like we used, parchment paper.
Three cookies across
Place in oven and bake for 8-10 minutes
Note: because of the egg replacers, the cookies may take a little longer in the over than normal.
Once finished, let the cookies cool for 10 minutes or so and then enjoy!
